Outlook: How to add a signatures

This guide provides you with steps to add a signature to your Outlook application.

Step 1 – Open your Outlook and Click on File 

Step 2  – Click on Options


Step 3  – Click on Mail > Signatures

Step 4  – Click New to create a new signature

Step 5  – Complete your signature and click OK.
