cPanel: Enabling / Disabling PHP extensions (shared environment)

This article provides you with information on what PHP extensions you are able to enable and disable on our shared environment.

 

Step 1 – Login to cPanel

  • Please see our article on logging into cPanel here.

Step 2 – Click Select PHP Version under Software section. 

Step 2 – By default all required PHP extensions will already be enabled.

  • Should your application require extras to be enabled you will click the box the to the extension name to enable it.

 

 

 

Available PHP extensions in our Shared environment

 

 

INFO: IF the extension you require enabled is not listed on the chart above you will not have access to it our shared environment.
