This guide will take you through the steps of pointing your domain to Shopify in cPanel.
Step 1– Login to cPanel
Please see our article on logging into cPanel here.
Step 2– Click on Zone Editor in your Domains section.
Step 3– Click on Manage for the relevant domain.
Step 4– Point DNS to Shopify
- Enter Shopify’s IP address which should have been provided to you. Usually it is 23.227.38.32.
- Click Save Record
- Enter Shopify’s CNAME record which should have been provided to you. Usually, it is shops.myshopify.com.
- Click Save Record
TIP: This DNS change can take up to 24 hours for the DNS to propagate.
